I joined Smart Telecom as a user of your Broadband and phone services. Prior to joining Smart I had been a customer of two other big brand services. I was fed up with the lack of quality support. I was first attracted to Smart, for the very keen price that was offered. The price was not the only consideration  at the time as I was running a business from home, The quality of service and Technical support was also a big issue for me.

 

On phoning Smart I was told that I would I get a seamless transfer from my previous supplier. I was also promised a 3MB internet connection which would not be shared with anyone else. I joined Smart Telecom last March and you did exactly what you promised. The service is no less than fantastic ! My Email works without a glitch. I am getting the download speeds as promised. I had a few unusual technical issues of my own making and your support team helped me fix them first time !!(I did not have to speak to someone in a call centre in India).

 

In short I would like to thank Smart Telecom for a very good service and I am at last enjoying an excellent Broadband Internet and phone service at very keen price. I have no hesitation in recommending Smart to any domestic or business user. Keep up the good work.
